By participating in the LipLab Affiliate Programme, you agree to comply with the following Terms and Conditions. Please read these terms carefully before joining the programme. Register as a Affiliate.
1. Enrolment in the Programme
To become a LipLab affiliate, you must complete the registration process and agree to these Terms and Conditions. LipLab reserves the right to approve or reject any affiliate application at its sole discretion.
2. Commission Structure
- Affiliates will earn a 10% commission on the total value of product and workshop sales made through LipLab.co.za using their unique affiliate link.
- If an affiliate arranges a group booking for a workshop, they will earn a 14% commission on the total value of the group booking.
3. Exclusions
- Commission will not be earned on postage fees.
- Commission will not be earned on product links for products sold through third-party vendors.
- Commission will not be earned on travel fees.
4. Payment Terms
Commissions will be paid out monthly via electronic funds transfer, provided the affiliate’s earned commission meets the minimum payout threshold of R150. All commissions are held for 30 days to account for potential refunds or chargebacks.
5. Cookie Duration
Affiliate tracking cookies are active for 30 days from the initial click by a potential client. If a purchase is made within this period, the commission will be credited to the affiliate.
6. Refunds and Chargebacks
If a customer requests a refund or issues a chargeback on a purchase, the corresponding commission will be deducted from the affiliate’s pending balance.
7. Marketing and Promotion
Affiliates may use approved marketing materials provided by LipLab. Affiliates are prohibited from:
- Misrepresenting LipLab products or services.
- Engaging in spam or unethical marketing practices.
- Using misleading or fraudulent means to generate sales.
8. Relationship of Parties
Affiliates are independent contractors and are not employees, agents, or partners of LipLab. Nothing in this agreement will create any partnership, joint venture, agency, franchise, sales representative, or employment relationship between the parties.
9. Termination
LipLab reserves the right to terminate an affiliate’s participation in the programme at any time, with or without cause. Upon termination, all outstanding commissions will be paid out if not under dispute.
10. Modifications
LipLab reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes, and continued participation in the programme constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of South Africa.
12. Limitation of Liability
LipLab will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising in connection with this programme.
13. Acceptance
By enrolling in the LipLab Affiliate Programme, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
